FOUNDER
Dr Thomas Hammond
Tom is a clinical psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor who works with adolescents (15+), young adults and adults. He focuses on anxiety, particularly social anxiety disorder and perfectionism, and works closely with people navigating life transitions, from study and relationships to identity shifts and what comes next.
He also consults with elite performers across professional sport, emergency medicine and entrepreneurship. He has previously worked with the Australian Institute of Sport, NSW Institute of Sport, Australian Olympic Team, Paralympics Australia, the Canadian Sport Centre and is a service provider for the AFLPA. He has also previously led the primary care service at headspace in Western Sydney.
Tom is an Associate Professor of psychology at The Cairnmillar Institute, where he continues to conduct research in clinical and sport psychology, subjective wellbeing and happiness and supervises graduate psychology students. He holds a board position as Non-Executive Director of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association.
